Issuance of a false identity card to an Afghan citizen, registered with the FIR

The Afghan citizen was given a false identity card showing that he was a relative of a Quetta resident. The FI registered one case and opened an investigation.
According to the FIA, the Afghan national was found to have been issued a false identity card when he went to the NADRA office in Quetta to obtain his children's Form B.
After which said citizen contacted FIA Quetta and registered a case.
According to FIA officials, a fake NADRA ID card was issued to Afghan citizen Nematullah from the West Karachi office for which fake school documents and stamps were fabricated.
According to the FIA, the Afghan national also fabricated a passport based on a false identity card and was also flying from Quetta.
The FIA has registered a case and has opened an investigation.
Note that the former deputy director of NADRA was arrested for having played a significant role in the false identity cards.
