World Cup T20: England beat Australia by 8 wickets

Thanks to the excellent performances of the bowlers in the T20 World Cup and the aggressive batter of Jose Butler, England beat Australia by 8 wickets in a one-sided competition. In the Super 12 match in Dubai, England captain Owen Morgan won the tie and called Australia to strike.

When Australia started the heats, they struggled early on and David Warner returned to the flag with a score of 7.

Steve Smith couldn't play a great set again and Chris Vokes' brilliant catch made a point with Glenn Maxwell out, Australia losing three wickets for 15 points.

The Australian team had yet to bounce back from the losses, as Marcus Stevens became Adil Rashid's wicket without scoring a point out of a total score of 21.

At this point, Captain Aaron Finch was joined by Matthew Wade and the two completed half a century of teamwork forming a 30-point partnership, Wade's innings also ended in the 51-point combination.

In tough times, Ashton Eger and Captain Finch tried to make up for the opening loss by adding another 47 points, but England bowlers gave the Australian batsman no chance to play openly at any point.

Ashton Eger was sacked for 20, while Australian captain Finch returned to the flag for 46.

The Australian team has accumulated 125 points in the assigned overs.

Chris Jordan was England's most successful pitcher with 3 wickets, while Chris Vokes and Time Mills took two apiece.

Chasing the target, pioneers Jason Roe and Jose Butler gave the team a solid 66-point start to the power play, especially Jose Butler, who adopted an aggressive style.

Australia's first win came when Roy became Adam Zampa's wicket after scoring 22 points.

On the other hand, Butler kept advancing aggressively towards the goal, but David Milan returned to the flag after scoring 8 points before England's Century.

England then hit home easily in twelfth and won by 8 wickets.

Jose Butler hit 71 of 32 balls with five sixes and five fours, while Johnny Bairstow scored 16 points.

Ashton Eger and Adam Zampa each took a wicket for Australia.

Chris Jordan of England was named man of the match for taking 3 wickets for 17 races.

It should be noted that Australia switched their team for the game and replaced Mitchell Marsh with Ashton Eger in Final XI.
