Quentin de Kock announces his retirement
South African goalie and hitter Quentin de Kock has announced his retirement from Test Cricket. The decision will take effect immediately.

The South African Cricket Board said Quentin de Kock's retirement was due to spending time with his family, and de Kock wants to spend more time with his family.


"The birth of the first child is expected and now I want to give my family time," Quentin de Kock said in a statement.

The 29-year-old cricketer made his test debut against Australia in 2014 and scored 3,300 points with an average of 38.82 in 54 test matches. Quentin de Kock marked 6 centuries and 22 half centuries in his Test career. Were
