The choice of bad candidates leads to defeat in local elections: prime minister

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the PTI lost the choice of bad candidates in the local Khyber Pakhtunkhwa elections.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said in his tweet that the PTI made mistakes in the first phase of the local elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and paid the price. The main reason was choosing the wrong candidates.

The PTI made mistakes in the 1st phase of the KP LG elections and paid the price. Poor selection of candidates was one of the main causes. From now on, I will personally oversee PTI's LG electoral strategy in phase 2 of the LG KP election and the LG through Pak election. InchaAllah PTI will come out stronger

Imran Khan further said that he would personally review the electoral strategy for the next phase of the local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and for the local body elections throughout Pakistan. Inshallah PTI will get stronger.
